We are so excited to celebrate with you at Swaneset Bay Resort & Country Club in Pitt Meadows, BC.
For guests travelling from out of town, we recommend staying in the Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, or Langley area. We have arranged a discounted group rate at Poco Inn and Suites in Port Coquitlam, and we’ve also included a few nearby hotel options below for anyone who prefers a different location, room type, hotel brand, or price point.
Please Note: Swaneset Bay Resort & Country Club is located in Pitt Meadows, outside of central Vancouver. We recommend checking your airport arrival time, hotel location, and transportation options before booking flights.
Flying In
For guests travelling by air, the two main airport options are Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and Abbotsford International Airport (YXX).
Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is the larger airport and will usually have the most flight options, especially for guests flying internationally or from the U.S. Guests flying into YVR should plan for a longer drive to Pitt Meadows, depending on traffic.

Abbotsford International Airport (YXX) is a smaller airport east of the venue and may be a convenient option for some domestic or regional flights. Guests flying into Abbotsford should still plan to rent a car or arrange transportation to Pitt Meadows.

Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend booking early if you plan to stay here.

Single Queen = $179 + tax
Two Queens or King with Pullout = $179 + tax
Kitchenette Suite = $229 + tax
Additional adults may be subject to an extra charge depending on the room type.
Transportation: We are looking into shuttle transportation between the hotel and Swaneset for guests staying at Poco Inn and Suites.
More details will be shared closer to the wedding date once hotel bookings are confirmed. Guests are also welcome to drive or arrange their own transportation. There is parking available at the venue.
How to Book the Group Rate
To access the group rate, guests must book directly with Poco Inn and Suites by phone or email and mention the O’Rourke Vaith wedding group.
The group rate will not be available through online booking sites.
Booking deadline: February 14, 2027
After this date, the group rate may no longer be available.
